个人信息

秦志达,预聘助理教授、特别副研究员,硕士生导师。2020年3月于上海交通大学电子系获得博士学位。主要研究方向包括强化学习、社交网络、物联网、推荐系统与数字媒体仿真等。至今已经在IEEE INFOCOM、TWC、TCOM、TNSE等国际顶级期刊和会议上发表多篇论文,参与了国家自然科学基金重点项目、重点研发计划、面上项目等多个纵向项目。担任IEEE TMC、TWC、TSP、MobiHoc、INFOCOM、ICNP等期刊和会议的审稿人。


科研方向

1. 强化学习、在线学习理论优化及其在物联网等实际场景中应用;

2. 社交网络信息演进机制、信息传输优化
